Scuba Diver and Corals

You are here due to feelings like depression, anxiety, previous issues or traumas are bumping you around like waves on the sea. Struggling to cope with these waves can just make us feel unworthy, incapable, and ashamed. You can feel this problem affecting your relationships, work life, and confidence in yourself. It can be so difficult when we are used to being on top of things and feel like we are in control. When we are not feeling like ourselves.

Maybe you've had thoughts like: "Is this going to be the rest of my life?" "How much longer can I deal with this?""If people find out they will judge me." "I am a failure."

And you end up feeling ashamed, hopeless, defeated, and confused. What a sinking feeling. But you are searching for the truth. That you deserve to feel happy, confident, connected, and to meet life's challenges. That you can move through what you are going through.

The stakes are high with what you are struggling with. It may even feel like it has a firm grip on you. If you don't take action you can become overwhelmed by daily life. Your life can be defined by this problem and not by you. Relationships can distance, motivation at work suffers, and you feel the crush of this struggle leaving no space for you.

Things can get worse from here. But they don't have to. If you reach out you begin to move through, by diving in.

Jacob Meyer, Social Worker, Counselor, Therapist, Psychotherapist, Lakewood, Colorado

Diving inward is a choice we make when our path in life is blocked and we must go within ourselves to find a way through.

I am the therapist with the necessary experience and care to dive in with you. To make sure that this dive occurs at a pace that you are comfortable with and fits your life as a whole.

I understand how hard it is to take this dive in towards understanding and changing your inner and outer life. I have dedicated my life towards guiding individuals who have struggled just like you. Towards feeling better in their lives inside and out. I know how to help people move through their struggle.

You are tired of dealing with what you are struggling with and it can be overwhelming to pick a therapist that is right for you. Once you reach out I promise to make this dive as easy as possible for you. I will make sure you feel safe in exploring your inner life with non judgment along with guiding you towards feeling better.

I am glad that you are here in your search towards feeling better in your life. Understand that even reaching out can make you feel better today taking the pressure of your struggle off of just your shoulders.
